TransLink boss defends secrecy
Basically I am doubtful about every story I see today. I will let you read this one and decide who the joke is on. This cannot be an accurate report of a responsible public body even in BC

I’m afraid that this is no joke, maybe in the near future we will have ‘secret’ bus schedules and stealth buses. I’m afraid to say it, but TransLink seems intent on repeating every transit blunder made in the past 30 years. In the early 80’s the Germans discovered, which the French successfully copied and our American neighbours are accepting, that full and open public consultation is needed to make a public transit system successful.
Secret deals, phony polls, and high paid spin doctors, do not, a successful transit system, make.

this is nothing more than a kangaroo committee ! you might as well have falcon or campbell at that closed meeting—-this falcon selected committee is just an arm of goverment! WHY do we have to spend millions on this goverment panel ( they are peons) the decisions have been made already! timing might be a little off for translink to become “land barens” this makes me leary ,having translink funding depending on historic land prices to continue to soar. back-up funding should be required…….sorry folks I am afraid to say this arm of goverment will accomplish nothing– ken dobell-is lobbying kevin falcon for (cubic systems ) so for the next 5 years -all we will get is—gates turnstiles, cameras, existing sky stations retro-fitted,a few buses and thats it!——————-signed……………………………….where is the funding
