I took these photos from the same point – just west of the Arbutus Greenway at the crossing of 33rd Avenue. The corner of Quilchena Park. This is a protected view cone – or was until the City reneged on that commitment. The first was taken in August, the second at the end of November

So how many floors have been constructed so far? Of the four buildings planned, how many buildings are there now?

Two buildings are now under construction. The height varies as there are several towers over the two storey retail podiums – the tallest is the northern one at 10 storeys. The second phase will be taller with some 12 storey towers closer to the park. There are no other buildings of these heights in the vicinity but there are some older taller towers at the top of the hill in Kerrisdale (a most misleading name).
By the way, the taller of the two cranes in the picture has now been removed.
